Effects of the Content of Carbon on the Structure and Properties of C SiC TiC TiB 2 Composite

摘要 研究了碳相含量对原位合成的碳/陶复合材料(C-SiC-TiC-TiB2)的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,材料的抗弯强度下降。材料的烧结温度应随着碳含量增加相应提高,才能获得致密的碳/陶复合材料。 Effects of the content of carbon on the structure and properties of carbon/ceramic composite prepared by in situ synthesis were studied It is found that the bending strength of the composite decreases with the increase of carbon content The sintering temperature of the composite should be higher to obtain a dense carbon/ceramic composites when the carbon content increases
