摘要
利用铁矿石为主要原料,通过煅烧酸浸法制备出硫酸铁,确定了合理的生产工艺和操作条件。结果表明,当煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为2h,硫酸浓度为5mol/L,酸浸时间为3h以及液固比(硫酸与铁矿石质量比)为6∶1时,铁的浸出率最高。此方法为硫酸铁的生产提供了一条原料廉价的工艺路线,达到了以废治废的目的,取得了良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
Ferric sulphate was prepared by calcination and acidic leaching from iron stone,and the reasonable production process and operation conditions were gained.As a result of experiment,when calcining temperature,calcining time,concentration of sulfuric acid,acidic leaching time and liquid-solid ratio(quality ratio of sulfuric acid and ironstone) was found to be 800℃,2h,5mol/L,3h and 6:1,respectively for the reaction,Leaching ratio of iron was the best.The process to prepare ferric sulphate above stated possess the advantages of cheap in the raw material,improvement economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits and treatment of wastes with process of wastes against one another.
