金融危机对我国高尔夫球场经营的影响及对策研究

A Research on the Influence of Financial Crisis on the operation of Chinese Golf Course and Countermeasures

为了分析金融危机对高尔夫球场的影响,采用问卷调查法获取球场近期经营数据,通过多组均值比较发现金融危机导致我国高尔夫球场呈现两极分化趋势,表现为环渤海地区、西南地区等以旅游消费为主的乡村球场来场人次大幅下降,北京地区、长三角地区、珠三角地区等以当地球员消费为主的都市球场来场人次不降反升。球员结构、经营模式和球场档次的不同是高尔夫球场经营差异产生的主要原因,提出了建立区域联盟、差别定价和多元化经营等应对金融危机的策略。

In order to analyze the influence of financial crisis upon Chinese golf course,the study obtains the operation data of golf course by questionnaires. Though comparing means,it finds that financial crisis has polarized the golf course.Some golf courses on the Bohai Sea Rim and southwest region based on village consumption,which tour golfers play a leading role,have lost many consumers.Urban courses in Beijing,Pearl River Delta,Yangtze River Delta,which local golfers play a leading role,have played more rounds.The player structure,operation model and course level lead to the differences of polarization.It helps to handle the crisis such as regional alliances,price discrimination,and multi-line operation.
