摘要
以我国十三支省艺术体操队及国家队教练共25人为研究对象,对教练员工作特征、工作一家庭关系和主观幸福感进行研究。结果表明:在艺术体操早期专项化的特点和劳动成果以运动员成绩为指标下,艺术体操教练员需具有创新编排能力、主动的专业拓展能力。艺术体操教练员工作对家庭的促进高于工作对家庭的冲突;工作对家庭的促进体现在对个人能力发展、情感促进、心理资本促进正性增长;工作对家庭的冲突主要诱因体现在:压力疲劳冲突、价值实现冲突、时间冲突、收入满足感较低的冲突。工作对家庭的促进和工作对家庭的冲突对主观幸福感起着调节作用;工作对家庭的促进作用可以缓解工作压力、防止职业倦怠,同时也对艺术体操教练员的主观幸福感的提升有一定积极作用。
based on the research on 25 coaches in provincial and national rhythmic gymnastic teams,the author studies the work characteristics of the rhythmic gymnastics coaches,their work-to-family relationship and subjective well-being.Six findings are revealed as following: firstly,the coaches' most obvious work characteristic is to cultivate athletes,and their work performance is measured by athletes' performance.Secondly,the influence of work-to-family facilitation is higher than work-to-family conflict.Thirdly,work-to-family facilitation can be reflected in personal development facilitation,affect facilitation and psychological capital facilitation.Fourthly,the inducements to the work-to-family conflict are pressure and tiredness conflict,value realization conflict,time conflict and the conflict of low satisfaction for income.In addition,subjective well-being is found to be affected by both work-to-family facilitation and conflict.Lastly,the work-to-family facilitation plays an important regulative role in reducing stress,avoiding professional ennui,and improving coaches' subjective well-being.
