摘要
本文介绍了一种自动胸外按压心肺复苏担架系统,它将按压、呼吸、吸引、液体输注等功能集成在一个双折担架上。该担架系统完全符合2005国际心肺复苏指南要求。该担架系统能承载患者,可于现场和后送途中对患者实施不间断胸外按压和机械通气心肺复苏,同时也可进行吸引和输液,是一个比较完整的心肺复苏急救系统。其按压/通气比、按压深度、呼吸潮气量均可调。
The automatic closed-chest CPR litter system integrates several functional components into a folding litter to perform closed-chest compression, intermittent positive pressure ventilation, suction and IV infusion, which complies with 2005 AHA guidelines for CPR and ECC. Besides supporting the patient, the litter system can also implement continuous closed-chest compression, mechanical ventilation, suction and IV infusion, and the compression to ventilation rate, pressed depth and tidal volume are all adjustable.
