放射治疗中射野方向选择研究

摘要 目前适形和调强放射治疗CTV(临床靶区)的准确把握非常困难,组织器官存在低剂量高敏感问题,故建议典型病例射野方向组中要包括经典射束方向。以食管癌、鼻咽癌为例,论述建立典型病变经典射束方向数据库可行性。在适形、调强放射治疗软件设计中,可以建立典型病例经典射野方向数据库,以方便制作满足临床要求的治疗计划。 Drawing CTV correctly is difficult in conformal and IMRT radiotherapy,and low dose and high sensitivity in tissue and organ is a problem too.As a result,this paper suggests that classical beam orientation is necessary in classical case. Establishing classical beam orientation data base is feasible according to nasopharyngeal carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma radiotherapy. Classical beams orientation data base of classical case can be established in order to make design of therapy planning easily in conformal and IMRT radiotherapy software.
