摘要
目的对新华SL-IC型X线放疗模拟机部分硬件进行改造,利用诊断科的CR,使定位片拍摄环节实现数字化。方法改造模拟机胶片暗盒的盒槽,使之适合插入14英寸×17英寸的CR标准IP板。结果改造后所采集的图像增大到14英寸×17英寸;取消了原技术必需的胶片拍摄、冲洗,淘汰了洗片机;获得的数字化影像后处理功能强大;提高了图像的密度分辨率;降低了X线曝光量;靶区勾画可选择二种方式。结论对该类模拟机部分硬件进行改造后,利用诊断科的CR系统,可使定位片拍摄环节实现数字化升级。
Objective To reconstruct the part of hardware in Xinhua SL-IC X-ray radiotherapy simulated locator.Using CR of the diagnosis department, to realize the digitallization of the positioned picture shooting procedure. Methods Broadened and altered the film dark box's bank of the simulative machine, so that it can be inserted with CR IP board with normal disposition of 14×17 inch. Results After the alteration, the acquisition pictures are enlarged to 14×17 inches. The screen-film technology about taking photos and developing films is cancelled.The acquired digital image has more processing functions. It can increase density resolution of the image and reduce X-ray exposure. The target area can be sketched in two ways. Conclusion By altering the part of the hardware about the simulative machine with the help of CR system, we upgrad the digitallization of positioned picture shooting procedure.
