瓜蒌对大鼠缺血心肌膜酶、膜脂和膜脂质过氧化作用的研究 被引量:11

Effects of Trichosanthes on Enzymes, Lipid, and Lipid Peroxidation of Cell Membranes in Isoproterennol—induced Myocardial Ischemia in Rat

摘要 本实验以异丙基肾上腺素心肌缺血(ISP—MI)为模型,对心肌膜酶、膜脂和自由基系统进行研究,探讨瓜蒌抗心肌缺血的机制。结果发现,ISP—MI后心肌游离脂肪酸(FFA)增加(P<0.05),心、肝、肾、脑和血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量增加(P<0.01)。心肌超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—PX)活性均增高(P<0.05),Na^+—K^+ATP酶活性降低(P<0。05),Ca^(+++)-Mg^(++)ATP酶活性增高(P<0.05)。瓜蒌治疗后心肌MDA含量降低(P<0.01),Ca^(++)-Mg^(++)ATP酶活性增高(P<0.05),FFA含量减少(P<0.05)。表明瓜蒌对缺血心肌保护的机制与抗自由基损伤、减轻细胞内Ca^(++)超负荷及减少FFA有关。 The effects of trichosanthes on lipids, enzymes and free radical system of cell membranes in isoproterenol-induced rat myocrdial ischemia were investigated. The results showed that free fatty acid(FFA) contents increased (P<0. 05),the lipid peroxidation products, malonyldialdehyde(MDA) in heart,liver, kidney, brain and serum increased significantly (P<0. 01),the activity of myocardial superoxide dismutase (SOD) and giutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) increased(P<0. 05). after the treatment with trichosanthes, the activities of Ca^(++)-Mg^(++) ATPase increased(P<0. 05),MDA and FFA contents decreased respectively (P <0. 01,P<0. 05) in ischemic myocardium. The present findings show that trichosanthes can protect ischemic myocardium through reducing free radical, FFA formation and decreasing interceller Ca^(++) overload.
