摘要
目的探讨放射治疗处方剂量计算,特别是电子线不规则野处方剂量的计算方法,建立其计算模型,并设计其程序。方法通过理论建立射野大小与输出量关系的数学模型,并将程序计算与实测结果进行比较。结果程序处方剂量计算结果与实测结果误差:X线<±1%,电子线<±2.5%,两者符合剂量计算误差<±2.5%的要求。结论实野长宽法可用于电子线处方剂量的计算;本处方剂量计算系统可用于放射治疗各治疗机常规外照射的物理剂量计算。
Objective To discuss the prescription dose caculation of radiotheraphy ,especially the inregular fields dose calculation means of electron beams.To build its calculation models and design it into programs.Methods Built the mathematics model of the relation of fields size and sent out by theory, and compared the program calculation results with the practice messure resuhs. Results The error between the program prescription dose calculation results and the practice messure results: the X-rays was less than absolute value 1 percent,and the electron beams was less than absolute value 2.5 percent. It met the demand.Conclusion The ways of fact field long-width can be used in the preseription dose c, alculation of electron beams.The prescription dose calculation system can be used in the physical dose caculation of radiotherapy general in all kinds of therapy machines beyond irradiation.
