目的了解乳杆菌的生长规律以研究其致龋特性。方法本实验在培养条件不变的情况下，定时取样，采用OD值法和活菌计数法计算细菌数，并绘制生长曲线。结果乳杆菌的对数生长期为培养6～16h，世代时间为54min。结论其生长曲线基本与变链菌一致.

Objective The purpose of this test was to understand the growth pattern oflactobacillus for the research of its cariogenicity. Methods The growth quantity oflactobacillus which was cultured in a constant condition was measured periodically byspectrophotometry and flora counting, and its growth curve and generation time weremeasured. Results it was found that the logarithmic phase of lactobacillus was 6-16 hoursafter it was cultured. And its generation time was 54 minutes. Conclusion The growth curveof lactobacillus was in accordance with streptococcus mutan.[
