过氧化氢/酒精燃气发生器系统稳定性仿真

摘要 为解决某过氧化氢/酒精燃气发生器中出现的低频不稳定现象,开展了耦合二维燃烧室模型和一维供应系统模型的仿真研究,得到了燃气发生器内的低频振荡现象,振荡频率与试验值较一致,分析了各种因素对稳定度的影响。结果表明:混合维仿真方法有利于提高系统仿真的可靠度,过小的喷注压降、较低的燃烧温度,是造成系统不稳定的主要因素。 In order to solve the problem of low-frequency instability occurred in hydrogen peroxide/ethanol gas generator, simulation is conducted which integrates 2-dimensional combustor model and 1-dimensional feed system models. The fluctuations are observed in accordance with experiment results through simulation and the effects of various factors on stability degree are analyzed. Results show that the method which mixes different dimensional models is helpful to improve the fidelity of system simulation. Both too low injecting pressure and relative low combustion temperature contribute to the system instability.
