Detemination of Aluminium in Human Hair with Oscillopolarography

在ｐＨ５．８乙酸－乙酸钠－铍试剂Ⅲ溶液中用示波极谱法测定人发中铝，方法简便、快速、选择性好，检出限为１．９×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，线性范围为４．７×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ～１．５×１０－５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，变异系数为３．３％～４．３％，样品加标回收率为９７．５％～１０４％。

Here is presented a method for determing aluminium in human hair with oscillopolarography in the solution of pH 5.8 acetic acid-sodium acetate-berryllon Ⅲ. This method is simple, rapid, with ideal selectivity. In this method, the detection limit is 1.9×10 -7 mol/L,linear range is 4.7×10 -7 mol/L～1.5×10 -5 mol/L,coefficient of variation is 3 3%～4 3%,sample added recovery is 97.5%～104%.
