摘要 运用顶空气相色谱法测定尿中甲醇的含量,建立了最佳测试条件。结果表明:当甲醇浓度在0~20μg/ml范围内其峰高与浓度呈直线相关(r=0.997),检出限为0.5mg/L,变异系数为4.1%~9.2%,回收率为88.5%~93.4%。用此法测定接触者与非接触者尿中甲醇含量。 The concentration of methanol in human urine was determined head space gas chromatography. The optimum conditions were established. The result has shown that the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0~20 μg/ml of methanol with correlation coefficient of 0.997. The limit of detection was 0 5mg/L. The coefficient of variation and average recovery were 4.1%~9.2% and 88.5%~93.4% respectively. The concentration of methanol in human urine of toucher and no-toucher was determined by this method. The result is satisfactory.
