省会三级甲等中医医院的发展战略是一个系统工程,面临很多困难,通过对目前三级中医院发展现状分析,结合现有的机遇,提出对三级中医院发展战略思考,认为中医院必须软件与硬件相结合,人与物相统一,努力提高医院领导的战略思维和决策能力,持续实施人才、技术、科教、传承、规模、文化、管理战略,积极探索中西医并重的中医院发展道路,抓住机遇,掌握中医院发展的主流,培育出自己的核心竞争力,使得在竞争中处于不败地位,适应医疗市场的需求,促进医院的可持续性协调发展。

The strategic development about the municipal A-level tertiary hospital of TCM in the Capital City of Provinee is a systematic project and faces many difficulties. Based on the developmen! status of tertiary hospital of TCM and the current social background, the author thinks that the software and hardware, human source and equipments are important for hospital development. Meanwhile, A-level tertiary hospital of TCM should strengthen and improve the hospital leaders＇ abilities in strategic plan and decision making. These strategic thoughts include human source, technology, science and education, inheriting, scope, culture and management. Meanwhile, A-level tertiary hospital of TCM shouhl find a way to develop TCM as well as modem medicine. Based on these works, A-level tertiary hospital of TCM maybe seize the opportunity, strengthen its core competition, match market demands and improve hospital healthy and sustainable development.
