Design of CRM and ERP integrating system based on SOA for telecom enterprise

研究利用SOA技术思想和体系结构,设计基于SOA的电信企业CRM与ERP集成系统方案.介绍SOA体系架构,分析CRM与ERP系统现状存在的问题,提出基于SOA的电信企业CRM与ERP集成系统设计思想,给出实现服务之间的标准化接口设计和数据库设计,实现了ERP与CRM系统中的数据统一管理.

Using the SOA technology methodology and structure,the CRM and ERP integrating system scheme based on SOA is designed for telecom enterprise.The concept of SOA and the advantage of architecture are introduced.By analyzing current states problem of CRM and ERP system,the design thought of the CRM and ERP integrating system based on SOA is presented for telecom enterprise.The standard interface design and database design of the service realization layer are presented,and also the unified management of the ERP and CRM system data is realized.
