摘要
通过对中小医疗机构存在的资金周转困难、资源浪费,效率低下等问题的分析,应用顾客让渡价值理论,首先构建出医疗服务评价指标体系,然后利用其对医疗机构进行评价,查找问题的起因,最后提出解决问题的对策.
By analysis on the problems of difficult capital circulation,resource waste,low efficiency and so on,in the small and media medical institutions,this paper applies the theory of customer delivered value to fabricate an evaluating index for medical treatment service,which is used to evaluate the medical institutions to find out sources of the problems,afterwards,to propose some countermeasures for these problems.
