经尿道塞替派黏膜下注射加等离子双极汽化电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎

Treatment of cystitis glandularis with transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection combined with TSPA transurethral injecton

目的探讨应用经尿道塞替派黏膜下注射加等离子双极汽化电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床价值。方法对42例腺性膀胱炎患者施行经尿道塞替派黏膜下注射加等离子双极汽化电切术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果对42例术后进行随访,41例术后症状完全消失,B超检查膀胱壁光滑,膀胱镜检查膀胱黏膜正常,活检无阳性复发,1例于术后6个月复发。结论经尿道塞替派黏膜下注射加等离子双极汽化电切术腺性膀胱炎创伤小,恢复快,手术安全,可达到良好的治疗效果,尤其对于病变范围较大者。.

Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy and morbidity of transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection and transurethral injecton of TSPA.Methods Solution of TSPA was injected into the pedicle of 42 patients with cystitis glandularis with a special needle,then transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection was carried on.The data were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 42 patients were followed up after operation.Symptoms of 41 patients were fully eliminated,wall of urinary bladder was smooth with B-type ultrasonography and bladder mucosa was normal by cystoscopy and without positive finding by biopsy.One patient was recurred at 6 months.Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic electrovaporization or electroresection combined with TSPA injection is simple,effective and safe for the treatment of cystitis glandularis.
