激光泪道成形术后插管与注药疗效比较

Comparison of intubation of lacrimal passage and disemboguing drug after laser deoppilation of lacrimal ducts obstruction

目的比较激光泪道成形术后注入药物和留置物两种疗法哪种更为有效。方法对44例诊断为泪道阻塞疾病的患者,行激光泪道成形术,术后其中20例患者（28只眼）行注入迪可罗眼膏处理,另外24例患者（34只眼）行硬膜外导管置入处理,随诊3个月~1年,观察其有效率。结果术后行迪可罗眼膏注入患者的治疗有效率71%,术后行硬膜外导管置入患者的治疗有效率为94%。结论激光泪道成形术后硬膜外导管置入方法预防术后复发更为有效。

Objective To compare the effect of lacrimal passage intubation and disemboguing drug after laser deoppilation of lacrimal ducts.Methods Thirty-four eyes with obstruction of lacrimal ducts were implanted tubes for 3 months after laser deoppilation.28 eyes with the same system,ofloxacin was disembogued into the lacrimal ducts.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results After treatment,32 eyes were cured in tube group（94%）,20 eyes were cured in ofloxacin group（71%）.There were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of intubation of lacrimal passage is more effective than disembogued ofloxacin.Intubation of lacrimal passage has the same effect in treating the different position of lacrimal ducts obstruction.
