摘要
目的:研究分化抑制因子(Id1)在颊黏膜鳞癌中的表达及其与颊黏膜鳞癌临床病理特征、肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学EnvisionTM法检测70例颊黏膜鳞癌组织和10例正常颊黏膜组织Id1的表达,通过免疫组化EnvisionTM法检测CD34的表达对肿瘤组织微血管密度进行计数。应用SPSS16.0软件对实验数据进行统计分析。结果:Id1在颊黏膜鳞癌中表达阳性率为60.0%,显著高于正常颊黏膜组(P<0.01)。ID1表达与颊黏膜鳞癌病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度、及肿瘤淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),与患者的性别和年龄无显著性相关(P>0.05)。Id1在颊黏膜鳞癌中的表达与CD34标记的肿瘤微血管密度密切相关。结论:Id1的表达与颊黏膜鳞癌临床病理特征密切相关,Id1可能通过促进颊黏膜鳞癌的血管生成而与肿瘤的浸润和转移密切相关。
Objective:To investigate the expression of Id1 in buccal squamous carcinoma,and examine its correlation with patients'clinicopathological characteristics and tumor angiogenesis. Method:Immunohistochemical (EnvisionTM)technique was used to examine the expression of Id1 in 70 carcinoma cases and 10 normal buccal mucosa cases. SPSS 16.0 software package was employed to analyze experimental data statistically. Result:The expression of Id1 in buccal squamous carcinoma was 60.0 %,significantly higher than that in normal buccal mucosa tissues (P 0.01). The expression of Id1 significantly correlated with tumor pathologic grading,tumor invasion level and lymphaden metastasis (P 0.05),but not with age and gender(P 0.05). The expression of Id1 significantly correlated with tumor microvessel density marked by CD34(P 0.05). Conclusion:Id1 expression significantly correlates with the clinicopathological characteristics of buccal squamous carcinoma. It may correlate with tumor invasion and metastasis by promoting tumor angiogenesis.
