摘要
目的:评价阻生牙CT三维重建在口腔正畸诊断中的应用。方法:收集伴有阻生牙需进行正畸治疗病例33例36个牙,通过CT三维重建对阻生牙的发育形态及位置进行诊断,比较CT三维重建与普通X线片在诊断阻生牙中的差异。结果:36个阻生牙都能通过CT三维重建明确其发育状况以及在颌骨中的三维位置,普通X线片仅25个(69.4%)能完全明确阻生牙状况。结论:CT三维重建在阻生牙口腔正畸诊断中具有重要的临床价值。
Objective：to analyse the value of three dimensional reconstructive CT in orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth. Method：36 cases were colleced from January 2006 to January 2008. Three dimensional reconstructive CT was used to make diagnosis and appropriate therapy methods were underwent based on the diagnosis. Three dimensional reconstructive CT was compared to the commom X-ray pictures. Result：In the 36 cases,36 （100 %）cases can be clearly diagnosed by three dimensional reconstructive CT. Otherwise,only 25（69.4 %）cases can be diagnosed by commom X-ray pictures. Conclusion：Three dimensional reconstructive CT has great value in the orthodontic diagnosis.
