口腔黏膜中存在间充质干细胞的探索性实验研究

The existence of mesenchymal stem cells in oral mocosa:an explorative study

目的:确定口腔黏膜间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)的存在及分布。方法:SD大鼠腹腔注射溴脱氧尿苷(BrdU),分别于注射后2、4、8周,免疫荧光法观察大鼠口腔黏膜中BrdU阳性细胞的存在及分布。结果:大鼠口腔黏膜内存在散在分布的BrdU阳性细胞,4周后阳性细胞比率趋于稳定。结论:SD大鼠口腔黏膜固有层存在间充质干细胞,该实验为进一步分离、鉴定以及研究MSCs在口腔黏膜病发病中的作用提供基础。

Objective：To study the existence and distribution of oral mucosal MSCs.Method：SD rats were injected intraperitoneally of BrdU and sacrificed at the time points of 2 w,4 w and 8 w respectively after the last injection.BrdU was detected by immunofluorescence technique.Result：There are scattered BrdU positive cells in the oral mucosa,and after 4 w the frequency is quite stable.Conclusion：There are MSCs in the lamina propria of SD rats＇ oral mucosa.The result can be seen as the foundation for further isolation and identification of MSCs,and for the research of MSCs in the pathogenesis of oral mucosal diseases.
