摘要 例1 男，34岁，工人。以“咳嗽半个月，口干、多饮10d，加重伴言语不清3d”之主诉入院。入院前15d有上呼吸道感染病史。入院时查体：T37℃，P140次／min,R30次／min，Bp74／46mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），神志模糊，重度脱水貌，呼吸急促，口唇发绀，
