摘要
针对产品研制和开发过程的质量控制和质量保证，从田口（Taguchi）质量定义出发，剖析了田口质量设计方法的基本原理，阐述了田口质量方法的主要技术，并结合实例演示了田口方法在产品质量优化中的分析过程和应用效果。
Focused on the problems of quality control and quality assurance in the period of product’s research and development, the Taguchi quality engineering methods were studied deeply. The quality definition in the Taguchi methods is introduced firstly. Then, the main principles and key techniques of Taguchi methods were analyzed clearly. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the analyzing process and the applying effects of the Taguchi methods in product quality optimization.
