摘要手足口病（Hand-footmouth di sease HFMD）是由多种肠道病毒引起的常见传染病,自1957年新西兰首次报道本病至今,手足口病在世界范围内引起暴发流行,我国于1980年由上海首先报道本病,以后各地均有报道。我院感染科对2008年5月1日至2009年5月1日急诊诊治的133例手足口病患者进行临床回顾性分析。
