摘要
国际科技合作正处于一个新的发展机遇期，如何正确处理工作过程中的问题十分关键。本文经过分析研究，就如何正确处理地方国际科技合作中的十种关系，提出自己的建议。
It＇ s a new developing period for international scientific and technological cooperation and it＇ s important to deal with the problem among it correctly. This paper brings forward some suggestions on how to deal with the ten relationships of international scientific and technological cooperation in local area based on analysis.
