摘要
在科研成果的评价中，我国现在普遍流行采用SCI评价工具。SCI作为评价科研成果的评价标准，在一定程度上具有客观性、公正性和定量化的评价效果．是目前国际上广泛承认的一种比较权威、相对客观的科研成果评价标准。在充分肯定SCI科学价值的前提下，本文分析了SCI在我国的应用，探讨了SCI自身的局限性以及带来的负面影响，以及如何正确认识、合理利用SCI。
A popular used evaluation tool in scientific results of China is Science Citation Index （SCI）. As a tool of the evaluation, SCI is objective, just and quantitative to a certain extent, and is commonly accepted internationally because of its authority and objectiveness. This paper analyzes the actual application status of SCI in China, the intrinsic limitation and negative influence of SCI and summarizes methods to use it scientifically and reasonably.
