激光波长的标定——浅谈波长计的结构原理与应用 被引量:2

摘要 激光器输出波长的检定通常可以采用单色仪,但是为了提高标定精度,大多利用基于干涉原理的波长测量方法。本文简要阐述这种波长的结构原理及其应用。
