摘要
昆明新机场5～7号钢彩带受处于楼板中央、结构空层、加固量大等约束条件限制及工期紧张因素影响,给安装工作带来诸多困难。针对此技术难题,结合施工实践,采用搭设贝雷片接料平台、自制小车转运构件、设计简易路基箱等方式实现了5～7号钢彩带履带式起重机上楼板安装。主要介绍这些自制设备的设计和计算过程,以及钢彩带安装过程。
The installation of No. 5 to 7 steel ribbons of new Kunming Airport is very difficult because they locate at central of floor,overhead layers exist at their two ends,they have large quantities of strengthening engineering and their construction period is short. Aiming at these difficult factors,the No. 5 to 7 steel ribbons are installed successfully with crawler crane,located on the center of floor,by setting up Bailey trestle supply platform,self-making transportation vehicle and self-design simple subgrade box etc. In this article,the authors mainly show design and calculation process of these measures and installation process of these steel ribbons.
