我国木胶合板模板的发展及主要问题

Development and Main Problems of Domestic Wood Plywood Formwork

提出目前多种模板并存是模板施工的发展方向。指出木胶合板模板能够高速发展的原因,是因为我国重视植树造林,而且启动了速生丰产林工程;另外指出我国木胶合板模板存在的主要问题:产品质量和档次较低,木材资源浪费严重;生产工艺和设备落后,技术与管理水平低;木胶合板厂家过多,生产规模小等。提出了制定有效措施,开展节木代用;加强科技创新,提高木材利用率等技术措施,积极引导木胶合板模板健康发展。

The development direction for formwork construction is of coexistence with some kinds of formwork. It is pointed out that paying attention to afforestation and starting rapid wood engineering are reasons for impelling rapid development of wood plywood formwork. Furthermore,the problems existed in wood plywood formwork are put forward,including low quality and level,terrible waste for wood resource,lagging production technique and equipment,low technology and management level,as well as many factories of wood plywood but small production scale. In order to solve these problems,measures are indicated,which are making effective method and developing wood replacement,strengthening science and technology innovation and improving utilization ratio of wood.
