摘要
针对目前大型空间结构场地面积较大、内部净空较高的施工特点,提出了移动式脚手架体系,介绍了移动式脚手架的支承架体、施工平台、轨道的结构构成。通过对支承体系的整体建模并考虑结构的几何非线性,分析了结构整体稳定性。数值分析和工程实践表明,该体系强度高,整体稳定性好。对施工场地面积较大、内部净空较大工程,该体系具有节约成本、加快施工进度的优点。
Mobile scaffold system was put forward according to construction conditions of large space structures which areas is bigger and the clearance is higher. The configurations of its supporting system and upper platform were introduced in detail. Integral stability was analyzed by modeling the whole structure and taking into account geometric nonlinear. The result of numerical analysis and the practices of project shows that carrying capacity of the mobile scaffold system is higher and integral stability is better. The mobile scaffold system is suitable for the project which area is bigger and clearance is higher. It can reduce the cost of construction and speed up the progress.
