商品果胶酶中PE和PG的生化分离 被引量:1

摘要 采用超滤和SP Sepharose^(?)Fast Flow强阳离子交换凝胶色谱结合的方法对复合果胶酶制剂Pc-3中的果胶酯酶.(PE)和聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)进行分离。超滤后,分别在0 25ml/min~1.00ml/min洗脱流速下进行0~1mol/L NaCl的梯度洗脱,得到两个部分。随着洗脱流速的降低,第一部分的PE和PG酶活比逐渐上升,由1.49增加到了3.69,在流速0.25ml/min的洗脱流速下得到最高值3.69,PE的总得率为55.97%。
