新疆教育实习基地建设现状与对策

The Establishment of Teaching-Practice Bases in Xinjiang——Present Situation and Strategy

文章以新疆师范大学为例通过对南疆四地州基础教育及新疆师范大学教育实习工作的考察,认真研究了目前教师教育存在的软肋——实践环节薄弱,及制约基础教育尤其是自治区"双语"教学工程科学发展的瓶颈问题——合格"双语"教师缺乏等问题,建议在南疆四地州建立较为稳定的教育实习基地,探索基础教育与教师教育结合的有效途径。通过实习基地建设,达到强化师范生教学实践能力、缓解南疆基层"双语"教师紧缺矛盾、置换教师就地参加"双语"培训的多重功效,探索集"职前培养、职后培训"于一体、"教学实践、教育科研"相辅相承的自治区"双语"师资培养、培训新思路。

Taking Xinjiang Normal University as an example, the research team did an investigation in four prefectures Southern Xinjiang, finding out the problems, such as unsubstantial situation for the teaching practice for both the pre- and in-service teachers, and the shortage of teachers, etc., in teaching-practice in middle schools. The suggestion for the effective bilingual teacher professional development is that the establishment of the teaching practice bases in these places, putting more emphasis on pre-and in-service training to raise the overall quality of bilingual teacher education.
