新疆学前双语教师教学技能现状分析与对策——以乌鲁木齐红旗幼儿园为例

The Present Situation and Measures to the Improvement of Teaching Techniques of Pre-school Bilingual Teachers in Xinjiang——a Casein Hongqi Kindergarten

教学技能直接关系到学前儿童语言的获得与双语教学的成败。文章对红旗幼儿园双语教师教学技能现状进行调查,结果显示:教师幼儿专业技能强,但语言技能水平低的现状严重制约双语教学的发展;符合真正意义的学前双语教师数量少,难以满足幼儿园教学的发展需求;教师对教学模式的认识与定位存在局限性;双语配套教材研发的滞后影响教师技能的发挥与课堂教学效果。文章针对上述存在的问题提出相应的对策。

The article discusses the present situation of teaching techniques of pre-school bilingual teachers, based on the investi- gation done in Hongqi Kindergarten. The shortage of the competent teachers both in professional skills and language proficiency, the lack of good-quality of bilingual educational materials and textbooks, etc., are those among the problems to bring negative effect in raising the quality bilingual education in kindergartens. Therefore, some measures are suggested to take to improve the situation.
