摘要
为探索LED用荧光粉Ca2B5O9Cl∶Eu2+的合成和发光性能,首次采用甘氨酸燃烧法于750℃下合成了Ca2B5O9Cl∶Eu2+蓝色荧光粉,研究了不同摩尔分数(x)的甘氨酸与硝酸溶液中铕离子的最佳反应配比(n甘氨酸∶nEu2+).用XRD、荧光磷光分光光度计对该荧光粉的物相及发光性能进行了表征和研究,结果表明:在340 nm激发下可得到434 nm处蓝光发射峰,属于Eu2+典型的4f65d1→4f7的跃迁所致.
To explore the synthesis and luminescence properties of Ca2B5O9Cl:Eu^2+, the blue phosphor Ca2B5O9Cl:Eu^2+ has been successfully synthesized by glycine combustion method at 750 ℃ for the first time. The different mole ratio of glycine and the nitric acid solution of europium ions were studied. The crystallization of Ca2B5O9Cl:Eu^2+ was investigated by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD). Photoluminescence (PL) results showed that the phosphor exhibited intense blue luminescence at 434 nm when excited by light of wavelength 340 nm. The emission at 434 nm is caused by 4f^65d^1→4f^7 transition of Eu^2+.
