扶芳藤芳香类成分

Aromatic Constituents of Euonymus fortunei

为研究扶芳藤(Euonymus fortunei(Turcz.)Hand.-Mazz.)藤茎部分的化学成分,利用系统溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱色谱法、制备HLPC法进行了分离和纯化,采用谱学技术(NMR谱,MS,UV等)进行了结构鉴定.结果表明:从扶芳藤氯仿提取物中分离得到5个芳香类化合物,分别鉴定为:(1)3-吡啶甲酸,(2)4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(丁香酸),(3)3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸(没食子酸),(4)3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(原儿茶酸),(5)丁香脂素.首次从该植物中分离得到化合物1-3.

To Study on the chemical constituents in the cane part of Euonymus fortune, the compounds were isolated by the solvent extraction, silica gel, and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and semi preparative HLPC chromatography. The structures were identified by various spectroscopic methods including NMR, MS, UV, etc. Five aromatic compounds were isolated and purified from the CHCl3fraction and identified as （1） 3-pyridine carboxylic acid, （2） 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid, （3） 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid, （4） 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid , （5） syringaresinol. Compouds 1-3 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
