通用录井数据网关设计

摘要 为了在当前录井数据远程传输系统中找到一种完全替代现场远程传输服务器的设备,讨论了通用录井数据网关的设计与实现。应用该设备可对基于国际标准的井场数据WITS格式、二进制格式、ASCII格式等传输协议进行数据采集,支持远程管理,实现数据自动缓存、网络自动检测、网络自动恢复、数据断点续传功能,有机地把现场录井数据与远程数据中心联接起来。通用录井数据网关可对多种录井数据进行实时传输,实现数据的双向通信,在国内外录井数据远程传输领域具有较好的推广价值。 In order to find out a device which can totally replace site remote transmission server in present mud logging data remote transmission system,the authors discussed the design and realization of common mud logging data gateway. By using this device,the data acquisition can be carried out with the site data format of transmission agreements which are based on the international standard such as WITS,binary and ASCⅡ to support remote management,realize data damp storage automatically,network auto-test and auto restore,data breakpoint re-storage and linkup the well site mud logging data with remote data center organically. The common mud logging data gateway can transmit data from various kinds of comprehensive mud logging units in real time,perform the data communication in two ways and has the extending value in the field of mud logging data remote transmission both domestically and abroad.
