血液灌流加血液透析治疗百草枯中毒时间窗的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的对血液灌流(HP)加血液透析(HD)治疗百草枯中毒时间窗进行研究,以进一步指导临床治疗。方法本研究对河池市第一人民医院2001年1月至2009年10月百草枯中毒120例患者随机分为常规治疗组和HP+HD组(联合治疗组)各60例,对血液灌流加血液透析治疗百草枯中毒时间窗进行研究。结果联合治疗组有效率为93.3%,常规治疗组有效率为65.0%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组联合治疗组用药量、用药次数和用药和治愈时均较常规治疗组显著降低,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合透析治疗治疗百草枯中毒的疗效是肯定的,对重症尽早实施,12h内的时间窗内进行效果较好。 Objective To study of the time window of paraquat poisoning with hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion, in order to further guide clinical treatment. Methods In this study in Hechi first people' s hospital in January 2001 to October 2009 of paraquat poisoning 120 cases were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and the HP+HD group (combined treatment group) of the 60 cases of hemodialysis combined hemoperfusion treatment of paraquat poisoning time window studied. Results The treatment group was 93.3%, conventional therapy group was 65.0%, by statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Combined treatment group, combined treatment group dosage, medication frequency and medication and cure time than those in conventional therapy group was significantly lower after statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Concl usious Hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis treatment efficacy of the treatment of paraquat poisoning is in the affirmative, to severe early implementation, within 12 hours within the time window of effect is good.
