股癣178例诊前用药情况调查分析

Analysis on medicative informations of 178 patients with tinea cruris before visit

目的探讨股癣患者就诊前用药的情况。方法就诊时采用口头方式随机调查,并将使用外用药的情况分为A、B、C、D、E5类逐一进行登记。结果178例股癣患者有153例(85.96%)诊前使用外用药治疗,其中有31例加用口服药。只有25例(14.04%)患者未用药并及时就诊。42例病人使用两种及两种以上外用药。使用B类药的患者最多,有83例,占46.63%。有62例(34.83%)使用皮炎平,占所有外用自用药的首位。结论股癣患者就诊前滥用外用药情况严重,医护人员和患者应当引起高度重视。

Objective To study medicative informations of patients with tinea crufis before visit. Methods By using random oral search- ing in survey and registering informations about topical application. Results One hundred and fifty three of 179 patients received topical treatment before visit to physicians and 31 of them added oral drugs. Only 25 patients before visit without using any drugs. 42 patients used two or more kinds of topical drugs. 83 （46.63%） patients used B type drugs being the maximum. 62 patients used Piyanping which had been accounted for the first place armong all topical drugs. Conclusion It was very serious in misusing topical drugs before visit. It should be highly thought by medi-al personnel and patients.
