某院儿科门诊处方使用中成药情况分析

Utilization of Chinese Patent Medicine in Outpatient Prescriptions of a Hospital

目的：了解某院儿科门诊西药处方中中成药使用情况。方法：对某院儿科门诊西药处方6000张中使用中成药的品种、使用途径、类别分布、合理等情况进行统计、分析。结果：处方中使用中成药比率占67．73％；含中成药的处方中止咳化痰类处方最多，有1816张（44．7％），剂型以颗粒剂为主，有1996张（49．1％）。结论：某院中成药物的使用基本合理，要是能对医生开展相关培训、降低药物成本、开发新剂型，可以促进进一步合理用药。

To investigate the utilization of Chinese patent medicine in outpatient prescriptions of a hospital. Methods： The varieties, type distribution, rational, and so on of Chinese patent drugs in randomly selected 6000 prescription were analyzed. Results ： The rate of prescribing Chinese patent medicine accounted for 67.73% ; 1816 （44.7%） prescription were used for cough and cough up phlegm; the main formulation in 1996 （49.1%） prescription was granules. Conclusion： The use of Chinese patent medicines in a hos- pital was basically rational. However, carrying out the relevant training for doctors, reducing drug costs and developing new formula- tions could promote further rational drug using.
