急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血急诊内镜止血术护理

目的探讨急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血急诊内镜止血术的方法与护理要点。方法对282例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者行急诊内镜的检查，明确病因及出血部位，然后根据不同情况选择相应的止血方法和适当的护理配合，进行有效的内镜下止血。结果282例患者中，274例明确诊断，确诊率97．1％，有效止血261例，有效率达96％。结论急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血行急诊内镜止血辅予适当的术前、术中、术后等护理，可使操作更加顺利、有效、安全。

Objective To explore the method and the nursing of emergency endoscopy hemostasis in acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding（ANVUGIB）. Method Emergency endoscope examination is applied to check the cause and the location of bleeding in 282 cases of ANVUGIB, then perform the endoscopy hemostasis effectively with the proper hemostasis and nursing cooperation according to status. Result In these 282 cases, 274 cases were diagnosed definitely, diagnosis rate 91.7, and 261 cases were stanched affectively, affectivity rate 96%. Conclusion Applying proper nursing before, during and after the emergency endoscopy hemostasis in cases of ANVUGIB, can make the operation safe, affective, and successful.
