摘要
目的:探讨有利于提高基层医院护理人员技术操作能力的训考核方法。方法:改革护理技术操作培训考核方法,并比较采取新旧方法时住院病人对护理技术操作满意度及护理人员的认知情况。结果改革培训考核方法后的住院病人对护理技术操作满意度与改革前的相比较存在显著差异(P〈0.005),具有统计学意义;对护士的问卷调查显示改革后的方法较传统的方法有更多的优点。结论:新的护理技术操作培训考核方法调动了护士主动参与学习的积极性,使护士的整体业务素质得到了提升,规范的临床护理操作程序得以在临床落实并深化,有利于护理服务及护理质量的提高。
Objective : To explore an approach to improve the training and cheek - up of nursing techniques in primary hospital nurses. Methods : To reform nursing techniques training and check - up, then compare the satisfaetion of hospitalized patients and the recognition status of nurses between before and after reform. Results : A statistieally significant difference( p 〈0.005 ) was found in hospitalized patients'satisfaction with nursing eare between before and after reform. A questionnaire for nurses showed that more advantages of the reformed methods were present. Conclusion : The new methods of training and check - up of nursing techniques activate nurses to study initiatively, promote the whole professional abilities of nurses, strengthen elinical nursing specific procedure and profit the improvement of nursing service and quality of earo.
