中西医结合治疗09秋冬季流感45例防治观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗09秋冬季流行性感冒临床疗效。方法:81例急性呼吸道感染患者随机分为两组。对照组36例,西医常规治疗;治疗组45例;在采用西医常规治疗的基础上以运用中药——自拟清瘟方为主。结果:两组通过临床对比观察,总有效率,治疗组为93.22%,对照组为81.7%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:自拟清瘟方具较显著清瘟解毒,解表透邪功效。中西医结合治疗秋冬季流行感冒的方法能迅速缓解症状,疗程缩短,疗效确切,无毒副反应。 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of au- tumn and winter influenza in 2009. Method.. 81 eases with acute respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups. 36 eases in control group were treated by routine western medicine, while control group was added self--made qing wen recipe on the basis of conventional treatment. Result: The total effective rates were 93.22% in treatment group and 81.7% in control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05). The efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion: The treat- ment of autumn and winter influenza with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can relieve the symptoms quickly and shorten the treatment course. It has an exact effect with no toxic side effects.
