摘要
通过聚丙烯凝胶电冰法获得大麦品种的特征图谱,即其醇溶蛋白的“指纹”,从而可以鉴别大麦的品种及其纯度。
This paper describe the method of the identification of maiting barley variety by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), which can separate barley hordein - the major storage protein in barley.The method base on the principle that different variety has different electrophoresis graph of hordein (finger-print).
