用难燃液代替油介质的限矩型偶合器可靠性分析

Reliability analysis of torque limiting hydraulic coupling using fireproof fluid instead of oil medium

通过对限矩型偶合器使用的消泡不完全水基型难燃液的试验,分析了难燃液代替油介质后,会使偶合器过载系数增大、电动机起动加速性能降低、偶合器使用寿命缩短;提出了难燃液偶合器在井下防爆作业安全运行的技术措施。

Through experimentation on torque limiting hydraulic coupling using water based fireproof fluid, which is not perfect in terms of eliminating bubbles, instead of oil medium, it is concluded after analysis that it may result in increase of overload coefficient of hydraulic coupling, decrease of acceleration characteristic of motor at start and reduced service life. Technical measures are proposed for safe operation of fireproof fluid hydraulic coupling in explosive pit environment.
