热释电红外线传感器是一种新型高灵敏度人体探测元件[1],目前在电子防盗、人体探测领域应用非常广泛[2]。在开发研制人流量检测系统过程中,前端检测部分选用了D203S传感器,取得了良好的效果,同时发现在横向两个相反方向上存在着明显的特性差异,这对进一步开发热释电红外线传感器的应用具有重要的参考价值。

Pyroelectric infrared sensor is a new type of high-sensitivity human body detecting element. It is used widely for the electron security and the human body detection. The application of the pyroelectric infrared sensor D203S in the visitor-flowrate detecting system is introduced in this paper D203S is selected as the from-end detector and works very well. At the same time, it is found that there are obvious characteristic differences between two reverse directions in crosswise. This discovery may have important reference value.
