摘要
本试验结果表明,鲁花11号成熟饱满的种子其胚芽具有9个枝原基,6个花序原基,31片幼叶及幼叶原基;粒重间胚芽的发育程度随子叶饱满度的降低而降低,其各部位受影响程度主芽<第一对侧芽<第二对侧芽<二次芽;粒重间子叶营养物质消耗均发生在主茎5叶展之前,与苗期生长最快阶段相吻合;子叶营养物质消耗高峰发生在出苗期,占总消耗量的60.2%~84.4%,出苗期营养物质剩余量与粒重呈正相关,与苗的发育状况呈正相关;不同粒重均能完成苗期生长,但胚芽的差异在苗期进一步加重,从而导致茎、叶、根、根瘤及花芽的生长量(数量),均表现更显著的差异。因此,健壮的胚芽和饱满子叶是壮苗的共同基础。
The experiment results showed: there is 9 branch primardials, 6 flower head primardials, 31 young leaves and young leaf primardials in the plumule of mature and plump seed. The growth and development of plumule was lowered by the plump degree for cotyledons, and the main stem was least affected ,followed by the first lateral buds, second lateral buds and secondary lateral bud. The nutrient material consumption in cotyledons was before 5 leaf age and the peak was at seedling stage, attained from 60.2% to 84.4%, corresponding with the rate of seedling growth. The surplus was positively correlated with seeds weight and seedlings development. All seeds could grow in seedling stage, but the different of plumule aggravated, so even did stems, leaves, roots, root-nodule, the number and quality matter of flower bud. Therefore, strong plumule and plump cotyledons are common foundation of hale seedlings. The weak seedlings are born of not-mature seeds in the seeds of different grade of maturity.
