摘要
采用“索氏提取法”及“冷浸法”制备８种苦豆子提取物Ｓ１～Ｓ８，结果表明，Ｓ２与辛硫磷混合后制剂理化性状稳定，经联合毒力测定表明该组合物具有明显的增效作用，其共毒系数为１３４．３７。
The jointed toxicity of phoxim, a organoposphorus insecticide ,when mixied with the eight extracts from Sophora alopecuroids (1～8)was studied . The results showed that the synergism of the mixied agent was significant and the common toxicity coefficient was 134.37. The synergistic mechanism was discussed in this paper.
