摘要
对组培桑树叶片上的不定芽原体进行了Co60γ射线辐照,秋水仙素、甲基磺酸乙酯处理;观察了诱变因素对叶片不定芽生长分化的影响及变异情况。Co60γ射线辐照,以1500R剂量处理变异率最高,为2031%,LD50值为1550R;秋水仙素处理,以浓度06%变异率较高为3826%,LD50值为054%(处理1d)。并对变异植株进行了大田移栽。
The proembryos of adventitious buds of mulberry leaves in tissue culture were treated with radiation of Co 60 γ rays,colchicine and Ethy1 methylsulfonate respectively.Effects of mutagenic factors on growing and differentiation of adventitious buds of leaves and variatons were observed.Of Co 60 γ rays,variation of 1 500R was 20.31%,the highest,and its LD 50 was 1 550R.While of concentration of colchicine,variation of 0.6% was 38.26%,the highest,and its LD 50 was 0.54%.The variant plants were transplanted in the field.
