仔猪大肠杆菌K_(88)抗原筛选鉴定方法

The antigenic characteristics of K 88 fimbriae of Escherichia coli from piglets.

应用玻片凝集、琼扩试验、抗Ｄ－甘露糖微量血凝试验（ＭＲＭＨ）证实所购３株大肠杆菌只表达Ｋ８８菌毛；该菌毛的特性与资料报道的完全一致。通过比较上述３种方法的敏感性，本文还提出了筛选、鉴定Ｋ８８＋菌株的可行方法。用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析该菌毛的粗提物表明其中含有一种分子量为２４０００Ｄａ的蛋白质，它可能就是Ｋ８８菌毛蛋白。

It was confirmed that the three purchased strains of Escherichia coli could only express K 88 fimbriae and their characteristics were identical to the published reports by using slide agglutination, agar gel precipitation and D-mannose resistance microhaemo agglutination (MRMH).After comparing the sensitivity of the above three assays, this paper presented a feasible advice for screening and identifying K 88 +strains. A 24 000 Da protein in the semipurified fimbriae, which was analysed through SDS-PAGE,probably was K 88 fimbriae.
