Over the past 12 months,Sinomanager with its mission to "influence management practices in China" has tracked and interviewed nearly 100 Chinese enterprises. By studying how each one of them has responded to the crisis and analyzing their performance before and after the crisis,we can find who are "strategic" and who are "tactical". We are also trying to find the "gold key" to sustainable future growth for Chinese enterprises,namely,those management ideas and solutions that are worth learning and promoting. Undoubtedly,innovation is the driving force behind the next round of business growth.
